Every time you seem to make a bit of headway on a big project, you run into big problems, and I know this newest problem is going to take a while to fix.
Patching and upgrading an ailing computer can only stave off the terminal PC illness so long, and the dreaded date of finality has arrived for my computer. Not only did it completely die, it took the majority of the project with it.
I do have the first couple of months worth of work backed up to an external hard drive, and on my laptop, which is what I am currently using. I have decided to build a new computer, and I hope it will only delay me about 2 or 3 weeks, before I can get started back on the project again.

Time in a Capsule
I wish I had more time. Working on this project has given me a clear understanding why movie producers have so much stress on their minds as they work on their projects. One thing is very clear: it's hard to work on a movie project if you also have a full time job, expecially when the full time job isn't working on your project. Most producers and directors have the liberty of working on these motion pictures as their main form of income.
Doing it on the side with other responsibilities is definitely a challenge!
Days 1 and 2 are done, but I'm having trouble with the resolution and screen size, like I knew I would. For some reason the footage appears to be smushed into a viewing box that does not represent the actual size, giving a "squeezed" picture look. The photographs are fine.
